Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if you reschedule within 7 days of the event. Deposits/Refunds: A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date and time. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require a 50% non-refundable down payment. Cancellations more than 7 days before the event may receive a refund, less applicable cancellation/payment-processing fees. The remaining balance is due on or before the event day. Refunds are not available within 7 days, except for qualifying emergencies at Terriffics Entertainment’s discretion. Refund/Chargeback Fee: Refund or chargeback requests made more than 7 days before the event may incur a $40+ fee, depending on the booking amount and non-recoverable payment-processing fees. Payment Methods: PayPal, card, and cash only. No checks. Event Changes: Changes/rescheduling are subject to availability; additional fees may apply within 7 days. Equipment Failure: If Terriffics is at fault, a free reschedule will be offered based on the original duration of the event. No partial refunds or credits. Liability: Customers are responsible for required permits, safe setup space, and equipment damage or loss. Weather: Outdoor events may be relocated, paused, modified, or rescheduled for equipment safety. Terriffics Entertainment has the final decision regarding weather and equipment safety. Add-Ons/Fees: Pricing may include setup, overtime, travel, risk, cleaning, and Hawaii GET tax as stated in the quote or contract. Client Media: Images/videos must be organized and usable, preferably JPG. Media requiring conversion, organization, resizing, formatting, or optimization may incur a $25+ fee.
